Crystal McClory has been working in fashion editorial & advertising for over 20 years gaining a wealth of experience in editorial, print, digital, retail, e-commerce and advertising.

Having worked as Fashion Editor of Arena and Associate Editor of Arena Homme Plus for 6 years she went on to become Contributing Fashion Editor at Spruce and Maxim Fashion US while also contributing to Wallpaper*. 

In her most recent full-time role as Creative Manager at BHS she was responsible for heading up the creative teams. Covering production across all editorial content and campaign imagery from commissioning, producing and art directing to developing photographic creative concepts.

She has since been an established freelance Fashion Editor and Art Director in womenswear, menswear and children's wear contributing to a number of publications. 

Roles include freelance art-directing at Amazon in the e-commerce department overseeing and managing the photographers, stylists and models over multiple sets.

A full-time role as Fashion Editor at Matches Fashion organising, producing, co-ordinating, art-directing, commissioning and briefing photographers, stylists, hair and make-up artists and models as well as liaising with the buyers and creating and planning the schedule. This was for Matches bi-annual magazine and their online web editorial content and weekly e-mails and managing the team.

Crystal has styled many celebrities as well as working on advertorials, look-books, catalogues and brochures. She is requested to work closely with clients as a consultant contributing fashion advice and presenting trend reports and mood-boards.
